简 介:TOURISM is an international academic and professional quarterly which publishes articles on various aspects of travel and tourism relevant to both researches and practicioners. The Journal emphasizes the broadness and the interrelatedness of the tourism industry. Its multidisciplinary approach covers economics, marketing, geography, sociology, anthropology, psychology, hospitality, transportation, education, history. Articles published in the Journal are listed and abstracted in several important citation bases. Moreover, Tourism by itself operates as a bibliographical data base because the Journal indexes articles from the most important journals in the field of travel, tourism and hospitality, using the unique Classification Scheme for Tourism developed in the Institute for Tourism
